Our process is fairly simple and straightforward…
Step 1
Approach us with your idea or concept. This can be a photo, sketch or even just a description.
Step 2
Whether it be a personalised feature display, highly detailed privacy screen or custom signage, Spectrum Custom Designs will send you a high quality render attached with the quote of the proposed product.
Full CAD drawings can be supplied if required for larger projects.
Step 3
If you are 100% happy with all details and are happy to proceed, we will require payment with order before we can place anything into production.
For larger projects a deposit and stage payments can be agreed.
Step 4
When production is complete, we will ship to the required address. Once the goods have been received by the customer, we will then require payment of any outstanding balance within 5 working days.
